The Positive Challenge For 21 Days!

I tweaked the rules for the Positive Challenge are:

  1. Write down 10 things you're grateful for. 
  2. Write down 10 things to look forward to.
  3. Write down a motivational quote and repeat it 3 times.
  4. Write about something that you want, and talk about it as if you already have it, daydream about your life after you've received this thing that you want. 
  5. Smile.
  6. Think about something good that happened that day.
