What's The Point?

  The positive challenge is all about being thankful for your past and present while also looking forward to your future. If you have an awful day, then at least find something worth trying to be happy about in tomorrow, and if you never reach tomorrow be thankful for today. You should always find something to be grateful for, whether its your car, the tires or the simple fact that you had tooth paste to brush your teeth with this morning. The positive challenge is about developing these skills of gratitude and staying goal oriented by listing any 10 things you're thankful for, and then listing10 things to look forward to so that no matter what happened to you today or yesterday that  fades to the background and your blessings and future can take the spotlight, that's what the point of the positive challenge is.
